FOOD VENDORS & ARTISTS' MARKET MERCHANTS

Vendors are approved for participation in the Festival by the Carlton Crush Planning Committee.  Vendor registrations are considered on a first come, first served basis.  Multiple vendors offering the same products/services are not permitted.

VENDOR Fees for 2019

Booth fee in the park for members $50 (plus $45 city fees and OLCC fees for wineries)

Booth fee for non-members $100 (plus $45 city fees and OLCC fees for wineries)

Booth fee for non-profits $100

Members who opt to operate out of their business but want to participate $65

WINE & BEER VENDORS

All wine and beer vendors must comply with the OLCC Plan to Manage and the Carlton Crush Registration Fact Sheet. Additionally, each wine and beer vendor must sign and submit a Vendor Waiver Form.
